Frequently Asked Question
1. If the voice VLAN is tagged as VLAN 4, the data VLAN is untagged. Should I use data_vlan_enable=0? What do vlanpri_voice=0 and vlanpri_data=0 mean?
Typically, only the voice VLAN is tagged when using the data and voice VLAN. In the typical case, the data vlan enable field should be left alone inQOS as the default (which is 0). The other fields in QoS configuration are for 2 types of prioritization. One is DSCP(0-63 values) and the other is normal priority (vlanpri, datapri) (0-7 values). The normal priority is the only one available for data. Typically, this will also be left at default.
