Loading a configuration file on each individual phone is addressed here. We recommend having a tftp server set up on site to allow for config file storage and dissemination.This simplifies initial installation as well as managing adds and drops of new phones as necessary. You may download a freeware version that works well in Windows environments such as Tftpd64 here: https://pjo2.github.io/tftpd64/

There are methods using a single "global" config file for all the phones being configured (then utilizing a "partial" config file for mass updates. The global method is the simplest method.

There are also methods using individual files such as ConfigID or the unique MAC address of the phone.
